Mechanically Scanning Sonar Training Course
Mechanically Scanning sonars are ideal for localized sonar searches. They offer high resolution images and can be utilized in areas where the use of Side Scan Sonar systems may be difficult. Their flexibility in deployment methods allows them to be deployed via tripods, pole mounts, or ROVs.
This course is designed to provide PSD teams and individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct SAR operations utilizing scanning sonar systems.
